 The
compact, portable SmartPump Single Channel (SP-1C) tourniquet is an ideal system for single cuff procedures in ASC and field environments. The units
internal Ni-MH battery provides up to five hours of AC-free operation. Its
new, easy to use “touch wheel” controller simplifies staff training. Simply
select Time or Pressure and, using the “touch wheel”, scroll
to the desired setting, press Set/Save….and your new settings are
activated.
The SmartPump’s printer generates a tourniquet report using
a 2”X3” self-adhesive
label that attaches to the patient record. This automatic, perioperative
report provides standardized, error-free documentation that complies with
AORN guidelines.
Battery "saver" technology keeps the internal battery fresh and reliable by preserving its charge for up to
30 days. If the unit is left "Off" and unplugged its battery is kept fresh, ready for use in the morning.
