- Take I-405 North to Interchange 522,
- Use right hand lane for Exit 23- Monroe/Wenatchee
- Exit - Woodinville/Duvall/195th Street
- Turn West (right) toward Duvall
- After crossing the Woodinville-Snohomish Hwy (highway 9)
- Proceed up hill to the 2nd light at 144th Ave. NE
- Turn left onto 144th Ave. NE
- Approximately 3/10 mile on left, cream and blue buildings marked 19495,
turn left (you will see a large green sign that says Evergreen Industrial
Center on the right – you will make a left into the driveway directly
across from that sign)
- Turn left into the 3rd driveway, you will see Stryker (Suite B-210).
